Situation: VNGD Intelligence as reported strange signals in the Stanton system. Contact has been lost with an advanced party sent to try and triangulate the source.

Mission: A the appointed time, ELCANO will conduct a patrol of the stanton system, respond to distress call and invistigate any unidentified signals in order to regain contact with the advanced party.

Execution:

• Deploy from Seraphim Station
• ELCANO do conduct initial patrol.
• If location of advanced party discovered:
  • ELCANO will establish a base of operations and coordiante search.
  • Shuttle to conduct area survey.
  • Away team, on discovery of an evidence of advanced party presence, will conduct detailed local area search.
  • Fire support, medical support and recovery to be conducted on order.
• Redeoploy all forces to Seraphim Station.

Service and Support:

• Equipment: ELCANO crew will require loadaouts suitable to ground operations in harsh conditions, FPS gear. 
• Required specialists:
  • Helm
  • Navigator
  • Gunners
  • Shuttle pilot
  • Away team:
    • Lead
    • Medic
    • Securitity

Command & Signals:

• CO ELCANO to designate roles, including OPFOR and ELCANO leads.
• On-Scened Commander aboard ELCANO will retain Op Com of Shuttle and ground team.
• Away team leader will have delegated Tactical Command and Tactical Control of Shuttle.
