A workshop/discussion on how to train and teach. 

This is a follow up to a testbed for practical/Human side trainings for the org to help folks learn the practical skills a community like this requires but we generally just throw you into. This isn't a end all be all 'training' but rather a set of core ideas/skills that will help you develop as a trainer/instructor. 

Everyone is welcome, this will be geared towards leaders and FTOs however.
